MEET THE COACH



I trained for 6 months with a PT with weights and resistance equipment at home, during this time I felt encouraged to enter the gym environment which I had never had the confidence to step into before. As my training progressed I became more curious about the science behind Strength Training & the benefits of it to my body's health.

So I decided that I would undertake the one year ACA Advanced Coaching Certification & within the months that followed I was approached by a fellow female who wanted to become my training subject (she is my now BF so that worked out very well indeed). It was then that I began procuring the idea of sharing my love of lifting & education with more ladies. 

+Certification under GGS as a Pre-Postnatal Coach 

'You wouldn't hesitate lifting a child up who could weigh upwards of 10kg, so you are already strong enough to achieve lifting more weight than you realise.'
